宁皓月，女，博士，中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所博士后。2024年6月毕业于江南大学轻工机械与包装工程专业，并于同年9月进入中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所从事博士后研究工作。博士期间主要从事食品包装材料相关研究工作，探索功能性包装材料的研发及其在冷鲜肉保鲜保质中的应用。目前，以第一作者在Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Bioscience、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊上发表文章5篇。以导师一作、本人二作申请发明专利3项，授权2项；申请实用新型2项，授权2项。

Haoyue Ning is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo. She graduated from the Jiangnan University with a Ph.D. in June 2024, Light Industrial Machinery and Packaging Engineering. In Sep. of the same year, she joined the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering for postdoctoral research. During her Ph.D., she focused on research related to food packaging materials, exploring the development of functional packaging materials and their application in the preservation and quality of fresh meat. Currently, she has published 5 papers as the first author in journals, such as Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Bioscience、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules.

In addition, she applied for 3 invention patents and 2 was granted; Applied for 2 utility model patents and 2 was granted.
